By booking a model or participating in a campaign through UDN Models, you agree to the following terms.

1. About UDN Models

UDN Models operates as a development and collaboration platform connecting models, creators, brands, and designers for creative and commercial projects.

UDN Models may assist with coordination, communication, and campaign planning but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

2. Booking Requests

Brands interested in working with models may submit a booking request through the website.

Booking requests should include:

• project details
• shoot date and location
• intended usage of images or content
• campaign duration
• budget information

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Model Rates

Model rates vary depending on:

• the model selected
• project duration
• campaign complexity
• usage licensing

Typical booking structures may include:

• hourly bookings
• half-day bookings
• full-day bookings

Rates will be provided during the booking process.

4. Platform Coordination Fee

Bookings facilitated through UDN Models may include a 20% platform coordination fee.

This fee covers:

• communication with the brand
• scheduling and coordination
• project facilitation

The platform fee will be included in the total booking cost.

5. Usage Licensing

Model booking fees typically include limited usage rights.

Additional licensing fees may apply depending on how the content will be used.

Examples of usage types include:

• social media
• website use

• billboard or outdoor advertising

Licensing fees may vary based on campaign scope.

6. Licensing Duration

Content usage is typically licensed for a specific period.

Common licensing durations include:

• 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months

Extended or unlimited usage may require additional licensing fees.

7. Geographic Usage

Usage licensing may also depend on where the content will be used.

Examples include:

• local campaigns
• national campaigns
• regional or Caribbean campaigns
• international campaigns

Expanded geographic use may require adjusted licensing fees.

8. Payments

Bookings may require:

• a deposit to confirm the booking
• full payment before the project begins

Payment terms will be outlined in the booking agreement or campaign proposal.

9. Cancellations

If a brand needs to cancel a booking:

• cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be rescheduled depending on availability
• cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may result in loss of the deposit

Additional cancellation terms may be included in the booking agreement.

10. Production and Creative Collaboration

Some projects may involve additional services such as:

• photography
• videography
• creative direction
• campaign production

These services may be provided by UDN Media or external collaborators and may involve separate agreements.

11. Image Rights and Ownership

Usage rights for images and video content are governed by licensing agreements.

Brands may only use content according to the agreed licensing terms.

Unauthorized commercial use beyond the agreed terms may require additional licensing.

12. Conduct

Brands, models, and collaborators are expected to maintain professional conduct during all projects.

UDN Models reserves the right to decline future collaborations with parties that behave unprofessionally.

13. Policy Updates

UDN Models reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
